Thank you for choosing PAUL Singapore for your catering needs. By placing an order and making payment, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the following terms. For the purposes of clarity, PAUL Singapore shall/may be referred to as “We”/ “Our”/” Us” in this policy.
Full and total acceptance of the below terms and conditions of sale is essential in order to place an order. As a result, the client will not be able to enforce any clause whatsoever, as placing an order shall act as express acceptance of this clause.
Considering the possible changes to this website, PAUL Singapore reserves the right to adapt or amend, at any time, these general terms and conditions of sale. New general terms and conditions of sale shall be published on the website and will be applicable to any order placed after being posted online on the website.
Whilst every endeavour is made to ensure consistency, all product images shown are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product. PAUL Singapore reserves the right to change product images and specifications at any time without notice.
TO PLACE YOUR ORDERS:
- Decide on the Date and Time:
• Please allow 2 calendar days’ notice (excluding the day of ordering) to ensure our artisan bakers have ample time to handcraft your order.
• Pickup is not available at our 8 Robinson outlet and Changi Airport Terminal 1 Departure Transit area outlet. - Ordering Channels:
• Visit Our Outlets: Visit any of our outlets to place your order and confirm your preferred pickup or delivery date and time.
• Order Online: Order conveniently at www.paul-singapore.com. For the best experience, we recommend using your mobile browser as our website is fully optimised for mobile.

DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Self-collection is available from 8:00am onwards from our selected PAUL outlets.
• Delivery is available daily from 10:00am to 6:00pm within your selected 1-hour time slot.
• A surcharge applies for specific delivery times and certain festive dates. It will be charged twice if both a specific delivery time and a designated festive date are requested.
• An additional early delivery surcharge applies for deliveries scheduled between 8:00am to 10:00am and 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
• Free delivery is available with a minimum spend.
• Please allow a buffer of 30 minutes for your delivery.
• PAUL Singapore and its management will not be responsible for delays due to traffic conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.
• Re-delivery charge is applicable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or uncontactable recipient.
• A maximum of 10 minutes waiting time applies to all deliveries.
*If for any reason you are not present or uncontactable at the time of delivery, a surcharge of $30.00 including GST applies, and payment must be fully made before a reschedule is arranged. Re-delivery to another address and preferred timing is subject to the driving personnel’s availability upon your request. Alternatively, our driving personnel will return your order to PAUL Tanglin for self-collection. All uncollected orders will be disposed of at the end of the day, and no refund will be provided.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Please inform us of any food allergy concerns.
• All products contain no pork and no lard.
• All products are subject to availability.
*PAUL Singapore reserves the right to change the product range at any time. Certain offers may have limited validity periods, which will be indicated for each product or promotional campaign.
We undertake to honour orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks. In rare cases, a product that is shown as available on the website may become unavailable after the order is confirmed. If this occurs, our service staff will undertake to inform the client of this fact as to advise you of any such changes, should we not be able to fulfil any orders for whatever reason; and offer suggestions for alternative products.
The client agrees and acknowledges that no penalties will apply for such substitutions/cancellations and that subject to the above, receipt of reimbursement of the amount paid by the client shall be conclusive, and the client waives all rights to claim any penalty or other costs from PAUL.
- All products are manufactured in a premise using nuts and other allergens; traces of these may be present.
*Our products contain gluten, eggs, dairy products, nuts and other allergens. All products are made in the same environment as products containing allergens, so we cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces of allergens.
PAUL Singapore Pte Ltd shall not be held liable for any adverse medical conditions and/or allergies arising from consumption of our products. - Please place orders at least 2 calendar days in advance excluding the day of ordering.
• Our products are best consumed within 2 hours of receiving the order.
• Prices stated are inclusive of prevailing GST.
• Full payment is required prior to accepting any orders.
• Disposable tableware is not provided but is available as an add-on option.
• Payments at PAUL outlets can be made using cash or credit card, while online orders require credit card payment.
• Order cancellations/refunds are not allowed.
*We are not able to assist with refunds, exchange, cancellations once payment is processed and completed online or in-store.
- Order amendments made less than 2 working days in advance will be charged in full.
• Not valid for further discounts, use of vouchers or existing promotions unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to changes without prior notice.
• All photos are for illustration purposes only.
• PAUL Singapore management reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
ACCESS/ FORCE MAJEURE
In the event we cannot fulfil our obligations to you under this agreement due to any event beyond our reasonable control, we will do our best to notify you and, as such, we will be relieved of our obligations under these terms and conditions to the extent that our service is hindered by such an event.
PROHIBITION OF SALES OUTSIDE THE NETWORK
The products are intended to be sold exclusively through our distribution networks. It is therefore strictly prohibited to buy products for resale purposes outside of our networks. Over and above an infringement of our brands and the integrity of our products, such acts may involve the legal and criminal liability of their perpetrators, where appropriate. Should you wish to purchase our products for the purpose of resale, we strongly encourage you to contact us at wholesale@paul-singapore.com so that we may best accommodate your requirements.
