Can I request for inscriptions on cake orders or a message for the order?

Requests for cake wordings are subject to the available space and feasibility on the cake surface. Please indicate your request in the “Add Notes” section before checking out. Our team will contact you if we are unable to accommodate it.

Is disposable tableware available?

In our worldwide effort to consciously better the environment, we do not provide disposable cutlery. However, if you would like to have the option of a plate, fork, knife and spoon, the full set is available at an additional $2 each under “Packaging Fee “.

What is your exchange policy: refunds/cancellations? Can I amend/cancel my order?

As stated in our terms and conditions, once your order is placed and payment is completed online or in-store, our strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy applies. To ensure a seamless order and delivery experience, we recommend double-checking all inputs before checking out.

Any order amendments made less than 2 working days in advance will be charged in full and may not be fulfilled due to the short notice.

How would I know if my order is confirmed?

An email confirmation will be sent on the day of your order to the email address provided during checkout, confirming the details of your order. Please ensure you check your spam or junk email folders. If you do not receive your order confirmation, contact us at catering@paul-singapore.com for assistance.

For new customers, your_private_email@waitrr.com may appear on the checkout page to protect your privacy from the payment gateway. You can proceed with your order as usual. After payment, contact us at catering@paul-singapore.com to receive your receipt.

How is payment collected and what are the modes of payment?

All orders and payments are only accepted online via the ORDER NOW tab or in-store. We do not accept cash on delivery or offer credit terms. Full payment must be made online using a credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) or debit card as the final step of checkout. Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment.

For in-store payments, please make your purchase directly at our retail outlet at least two calendar days in advance (excluding the day of ordering).

How far in advance may I place my order? What is the lead time required for self-collection and delivery?

You can place your order at any time of the day. However, as most of our items online are not sold over the counter and require pre-ordering, please place your orders at least 2 calendar days in advance, excluding the day of ordering.

What allergies or dietary requirements do I need to consider?

All products are manufactured in a premise using nuts and other allergens; traces of these may be present. As such, they may not be suitable for individuals with intolerances or allergies to these ingredients.

Product Quality

We do not use additives or preservatives in our bakes, hence we strongly recommend consuming them within 2 hours of receiving your order. Savoury items are best served at ambient temperature, while cakes and tarts are best enjoyed chilled. To maintain optimal quality and freshness, avoid leaving them out for more than 1 hour due to Singapore’s heat and humidity.

Are PAUL bakes Halal?

We are not halal certified; however, we do not use pork or lard products.

Can I amend my delivery date/time?

Any changes to the delivery address or preferred time slots must be informed at least two days in advance.

To ensure a seamless delivery experience, please ensure that the recipient is reachable and available to receive the order on the day of delivery.

Amendments to the delivery address or time slot on the day of delivery may not be accommodated and will incur a $30 re-delivery surcharge, subject to our delivery personnel’s schedule and availability

My order has still not arrived

All deliveries are scheduled within a one-hour time slot between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, or at a specific time if an additional early surcharge has been paid. Please allow a buffer of +/- 30 minutes for unexpected delays caused by traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
If your order has not arrived after the buffer time, kindly contact us at 9631 7285, and we will assist you promptly.

Why can’t I get a delivery slot for my order?

We are experiencing a higher demand on online sales and hence the time slots are limited. Orders are processed on a first-come- first-served basis, as such we recommend that you place your order soonest to secure your desired timeslot.
Dates/Time slots may be blocked for two main reasons:
1. We are full for deliveries/collections for that date/time
2. It is too close to your desired delivery date: cut off time for next day delivery is @ 6.00PM present day and other products require a minimum lead time of 2 days.

Do you do surprise deliveries?

Yes, we certainly do. Do ensure that the recipient is present, aware and contactable during the delivery timeslot. In the event when the intended recipient is not present and can’t receive the delivery within a strict 10-minutes waiting time, redelivery charges of $30.00 will apply subject to our delivery personnel’s availability or alternatively a self-collection at PAUL Tanglin on the day itself as uncollected orders will be disposed at the end of the day. We recommend that you give your recipient a heads up to avoid delivery issues.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

There is no minimum spending required for orders. A $30.00 delivery charge applies to orders below $150.00, while complimentary delivery is available for orders with a minimum spend of $150.00 island-wide, scheduled within our one-hour time slots between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
A surcharge applies for specific delivery times and certain festive dates. It will be charged twice if both a specific delivery time and a designated festive date are requested.
An additional early delivery surcharge applies for deliveries scheduled between 8:00am to 10:00am and 6:00pm to 8:00pm.

Is self-collection available?

Self-collection is available at the selected outlet according to the order placed. Do ensure that self-collection orders placed are duly collected on selected date/time as uncollected orders will be disposed at the end of the day and no refund will be provided.
