Can I request for inscriptions on cake orders or a message for the order?

Currently, we do not offer wordings on cakes, however we will be most happy to include “A Happy Birthday Topper”, candles and a greeting card. Please keep text to a maximum of 30 words and no emojis.

Is disposable tableware available?

In our efforts to minimize food packaging wastage and play our little part towards reducing the impact on the environment, disposable tableware is only available upon request. Do kindly include your request in the “Remarks” section before checking out.

What is your exchange policy: refunds/cancellations? Can I amend/cancel my order?

As stated in our terms and conditions, by placing your order with us and once payment is completed and processed online, you agree to our no amendment/no cancellation and no refund policy. As such, we recommend that you check all inputs before checking out to ensure a seamless order/delivery.

How would I know if my order is confirmed?

An email confirmation will be sent on order day, to the person who made the order (as per email provided by you) confirming the details of your order. Please make sure to check your spasm or junk email and contact us @ catering@paul-singapore.com if you have not received your order confirmation.

How is payment collected and what are the modes of payment?

We do not accept cash upon delivery and payment must be made online as the final step of the checkout process using either Credit (VISA/MASTERCARD)/Debit/American Express or via Payment Link. An order is only considered completed once successful payment has been made. If you would like to make payment at our retail stores, please make a direct purchase at the stores

How far in advance may I place my order? What is the lead time required for self-collection and delivery?

You can place your order anytime of the day, however, do note that we have 2 categories of products that require different lead time.

For all products except those listed under “Catering/Party inclusive of cakes, the cut-off time will be 9.00PM present day for our team to fulfil next day delivery or self-collection. Our products under “Catering/Party” will require a minimum of 2days notice.

How do I place an order?

Orders are placed and processed online through our website via www.paulsgcatering.com.

Alternatively, please visit our retail stores @ the following locations and our friendly PAUL ambassadors will gladly assist you.

What allergies or dietary requirements do I need to consider?

Our bakes contain gluten, eggs, dairy products, nuts and alcohol for certain cakes; hence they might not be suitable for those suffering from intolerance or allergies to these foods.

Product Quality

We do not use additives and preservatives in our bakes; hence we strongly recommend that our products are best consumed on the day of delivery/collection for its best quality. Our cakes and tarts are best enjoyed chilled. For optimal quality, we recommend that they are not left out for more than 1hour given Singapore’s heat and humidity.

Are PAUL Bakes Halal?

We are not halal certified; however, we do not use pork or lard products.

Can I amend my delivery date/time?

As we provide Next Day Delivery, we are unable to make any changes in the delivery address and timing once the order is confirmed, as per stated in the terms and conditions of our ordering policy. It is important that someone is at your delivery address to receive the order. Where possible, we will try to accommodate any request to amend an order however this will be subject to a $15.00 amendment fee subjected to our driving personnel’s availability.

My order has still not arrived

If you have waited longer If you have waited longer than the agreed delivery time period (Please allow a buffer of +/-30mins), please contact us @ 96317285.

Why can’t I get a delivery slot for my order?

We are experiencing a higher demand on online sales and hence the time slots are limited. Orders are processed on a first-come- first-served basis, as such we recommend that you place your order soonest to secure your desired timeslot.

 

Dates/Time slots may be blocked for three main reasons:

  1. We are full for deliveries/collections for that date/time
  2. It is too close to your desired delivery date: cut off time for next day delivery is @ 9.00PM present day and products under “Catering/Party packs” require a minimum

lead time of 2 days.

Do you do surprise deliveries?

Yes, we certainly do. Do ensure that the recipient is present, aware and contactable during the delivery timeslot. In the event when the intended recipient is not present and can’t receive the delivery within a strict 10-minutes waiting time, redelivery charges of $15.00 will apply subject to our delivery personnel’s availability or alternatively a self-collection at PAUL Tanglin on the day itself as uncollected orders will be disposed at the end of the day. We recommend that you give your recipient a heads up to avoid delivery issues.

Considering the present Covid-19 pandemic, do take note that Receptions of healthcare establishments, office buildings and areas requiring a change of visitor pass will not receive any deliveries on behalf. Drivers have a 10-minute waiting period before re-delivery charges apply

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

There is no minimum spending required for all orders. A $15.00 delivery charge is applicable for orders less than $60.00 and complimentary delivery for orders with a minimum $60.00 spent island wide.

If no one is present to take receipt of the item at the time of delivery, our logistics team will attempt to call the number provided in the order and will wait for a maximum of 10-minutes. Upon unsuccessful contact/delivery, the purchaser/ recipient will have the option of redelivery at a surcharge of $15.00 subject to our delivery personnel’s schedule and availability or alternatively self-collection at PAUL Tanglin on the delivery day itself as uncollected orders will be disposed at the end of the day.

Is self-collection available?

Self-collection is available at the selected outlet according to the order placed.
